  Flip Flappers Spotlight The anime flip flappers is about a girl called Cocona who is a "average" high school student, she is followed by another girl called Papika who rides a surfboard hovering device or a hoverboard (which is what a normal person would call it) and has a very weird enthusiastic personality which makes her very likable to most. Later, Cocona is dragged into helping Papika go adventuring in different alternative universes called Pure Illusion; in Pure Illusion Cocona and Papika have to collect fragments so they can make a wish because they are ordered to by a guy called Salt and his scientists.
